DBBuilder Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology holding company and consulting group incorporated in the United States. DBBuilder operates portfolio brands including ServiceVisionAI, FireProofApp, Remote2Me, and AnalyzeMyCloud, as well as providing direct technology consulting services.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, requesting information, submitting a contact form, or engaging our professional services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Services
DBBuilder offers technology strategy, software development, system architecture, database engineering, data analytics, and fractional executive services. Specific terms for professional engagements will be set out in individual Statements of Work or Master Service Agreements, which supersede these general Terms where they conflict.
We reserve the right to decline any engagement inquiry at our discretion and without obligation to disclose our reasons.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Our Content
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of DBBuilder Corp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
4.2 Client Work Product
Ownership of work product created during a professional engagement is governed by the applicable Statement of Work or Master Service Agreement. In the absence of a written agreement, all work product remains the property of DBBuilder Corp until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified.
4.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by DBBuilder Corp without restriction and without obligation to you.
5. Confidentiality
Information shared with us during the inquiry and engagement process will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to deliver services, as required by law, or with your consent. Mutual non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for substantive project discussions.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for professional engagements are set out in individual Statements of Work. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.
- Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
- DBBuilder may suspend services on accounts more than 30 days overdue.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DBBuilder Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to a specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to DBBuilder in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. DBBuilder has no control over the content or practices of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
14. Modifications
DBBuilder reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any applicable Statement of Work and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DBBuilder Corp with respect to your use of our website and services.
